Short update

I received my IH Lawrence last Saturday, just in time for Anne to help me unbox him before she had to travel home. I promise I'll put up pictures tomorrow.
I was so unlucky to catch a sort of food poisoning which I've been batteling this weekend, so I haven't felt like sitting and cropping pics in Photoshop ^^"
Today I received the outfit and the Oscar Doll eyes from PW. It all is of best quality, through the hood for the vest was not sent along, so I've written to PW yet again. I seem to be quite unfortunate with this order XD
Despite the missing hood, I'm in love! He is super gorgeous and the clothes are AMAZING! Great detail as well as material *___* totally worth the price!

Fitzwilliam

I've had SO many things go wrong with my doll shippings this week >_<"

First things first, the Danish Post had a separate company try delivering Fitzwilliam to me on Monday. Unfortunately, they came when I had just left to go meet up with my friend Anne in Copenhagen. Because it was a separate company, they just took the package back to Copenhagen central center for deliveries...which is pretty far from where I live (45 min. transportation).
Lucky we had to go to Copenhagen again Wednesday, so we could pick up the package on the way home (Anne had bought a IH Cyborg Bianca that same day, so we both were carrying large boxes on the train going home XD).
When we got back to my place, it was already late, but we couldn't wait to open our boxes and fangirl about our new dollies. My good camera was run out of battery, so we used my phone to photo the box opening of Fitzwilliam:

 Hmm...I started wondering where the clothes and stuff was...it's always on top of the pillow

 But nope. Only the random glass eyes where with him ;__;" Pretty saddened by this as I was super excited to see his outfit and the Oscar Doll eyes

 At least he is every bit as gorgeous as I had hoped *__*

 I just put in the eyes he came with. They are pretty actually...but a bit too big for him imo.

(Those hands *nosebleed*)

As the poor guy didn't have any clothes, his evil mum and auntie dressed him in a dress XD He isn't happy at all

So, that was a bit of a let down. More than $200 worth of stuff missing from the package...>_<" A little annoying, but PW were quick to send my stuff right away after I told them it was missing from the package. Apparantly the lady in charge of packing for PW was sent to the hospital, so its been a bit hectic at PW lately. I'm not mad at PW really, it can happen and they were really fast sending my stuff to me, but I SO looked forward to getting an almost full set doll for once. XD I was so let down...but I somehow had an idea it might happen as it sounded a little like PW had forgotten my order when I asked back in June. Anyway, he is a GORGEOUS doll and I feel so lucky to have him! *^^*

But it's not over yet XD

I also have Ludwig coming...but it has been so exhausting because of fuck ups made by the Danish Post. After I payed for import, they somehow asked to have him send back to Korea...oO"

Yesterday, when I checked my tracking, it didn't make any sense at all, so I called the Danish Post to learn how on earth I was supposed to get my package then. I got sent on through 4 different phone numbers before someone was able to help. They managed to call the package back, and put it back for delivery. I was very relieved that they could stop it from going back to Korea.

When I checked the tracking this morning, it said the package had been delivered to a different post office than what I had asked for, so I had to phone them again and ask wtf? The guy I reached told me he couldn't guarantee that the package would even still be at that post office, so he told me to wait for tomorrow where it is supposed to be delivered at my local post office. OH MY GOD!! How many fuck ups can you do with one single parcel? I'm SO tired of worrying over this.

I just hope Anne and I can go and get it tomorrow, and this will all be over. I was SO horrified when I had phoned the Danish Post. NONE of them even apologized for all the trouble they knew it was giving me. If I hadn't checked my tracking as often as I did, my parcel would be long gone to Korea now. I even asked "And who is going to pay for getting back my parcel?" whereto the guy on the phone just said "The sender is of cause". It's so typical no one takes any responsibility. A polite "We're sorry" had been nice. :(

So now I'll just wait till tomorrow...but without any real expectations as I just don't want to get disappointed again.

It's not all bad, I've just been BURNED pretty much XD'

BUT! Both Anne and I got new dollies, and they are gorgeous!! Look forward to seeing Anne's update about her gorgeous Bianca Cyborg lady *_____________*

Lots of news :D

So I finished paying off Ludwig (my IH Lawrence) yesterday, and he already shipped out this morning...so next week I'll get TWO gorgeous men home to me! YAY! *__*
I feel soooo lucky! :D

Fitzwilliam is currently stuck in Customs. >_<" Hope they'll accept the documentation I send them ;)

I have a naïve hope that Ludwig will sail past Customs...I deserve that XD'

Oh! And today was the day when I got to order my awesome hunky, chunky man IH Crow *slips in drool*
I got him with his amazing outfit, including matchlock and sword (unpainted), I bought some boots (I hope I'll be one of those 10 who get the boots for the full set, so I just bought a different pair to be sure - then Ludwig can get those if I get the 'Crow' ones ;D ), and then I also added a wig so he won't be bald when I get him.
Now I just have to wait and wait and wait (and pay lots) - it actually wasn't so bad *smiles convincingly* ;P

I have to say a huge THANK YOU <3 to my dear little sister Johanne for lending me the money for the first downpayment. I confess I hadn't the money since I spent all my money for this month on the last payment for Ludwig XD I'm so addicted...so sorry ;P
But having a sister in this hobby who has lots of money is awesome! Haha big kiss and hugs for you Johanne <3<3<3

Shipping notice

I finally received my shipping notice from Peakswoods for my White Rabbit Tristan. I actually suspect they forgot my order, as I got the tracking number just as I had asked when they thought he would be shipped XD but I'm so thrilled! He is sure to be super handsome and lovely.
I just hope they remembered to include all the extra eyes and his limited outfit and stuff ;P

I'm on summer vacation at my parents house (farm?) at the moment, but I hope I can pick my Fitzwilliam up the week after next when I return home. ^^

I'll also be ordering Iplehouse Crow on the 1st of July btw ;D

Long time no news

I've been having exams over the past few weeks, and have my last one this coming Wednesday.
But, after three weeks of exam studying, I just really need some holiday soon >_<"
Only a few days to go :D

Anyway...news on the dolly front.
I got Iplehouse to add the new and deliciously detailed hands for EID men to my EID Lawrence order - along with som gun/sword hands. So yay for more hand options ^^)/
I've also joined a Luts GO on DoA for a gun and some daggers.
Aaaaaaand.....Iplehouse will be releasing a new EID man (Crow) in their Carved Heritage series next week...and I'm actually thinking if I should get him (I'm crazy, I know). I'm really excited to see what clothes he'll come with. So far I LOVE the doll. He looks very handsome *__* Not that I really have a character for him or anything, and I only thought of buying him to get his clothes if I can use them, but the doll looks really handsome and is supposedly modeled to look like a famous male model. ;D
I'm still unsure about it, because I can't afford him X'D but I've talked one of my sisters into being my partner in crime if I decide to go with it ;P
